Cookies policy

Mr. Ángel Maria Doblado Romo respects your right to privacy when you use our website and interact with us. In addition, we want to maintain a transparent relationship by informing you of how we collect and securely treat any information that may arise from your browsing.

For this reason, we have developed this Cookies Policy that will allow you to know how we use them. It is important that you read this document carefully as it will allow you to make a well-founded choice of all those services that we make available to you.

This Cookies Policy does not apply to third-party websites or apps, including those that can be accessed through a link from our website.

If you want more information about our Cookies Policy, you can send us your query at the following email address: general-notariadoblado.com. For more information on how we process your personal data, please consult our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Our website uses an executable file technology called “cookies”. A cookie is a small text file that websites and apps you visit send to the browser you are using and that allows you to store and remember information about your visit. They are used to know the use that the user makes of our website while browsing, as well as other purposes such as storing data for future visits, to recognize the user and avoid asking again for authentication, to know that page’s visit, or to save your preferences in those areas that are customizable.

Cookies are essential for the functioning of the Internet. They cannot damage the user’s equipment and, if they are activated in the configuration of your browser, they help to identify and resolve possible errors in the operation of the website.

The decision on which cookies are installed on your computer, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, is yours. However, the cookies used for one of the following purposes are exempt from compliance with the obligations established in Article 22.2 of the LSSICE:

  • Allow only communication between the user’s equipment and the network.
  • Strictly provide a service expressly requested by the user.

For this reason, they can be installed, without the need to indicate with the express consent of the user the cookies that are destined to the following uses:

  • User login cookies.
  • Authentication or user identification cookies (session only).
  • User security cookies.
  • Multimedia player session cookies.
  • Session cookies to balance the load.
  • Personalization cookies of the user interface.

The specific uses we make of these technologies are described in the following sections.

2. Types of cookies

Cookies can be classified according to who installs them, according to the conservation period and according to the purpose for which the cookie is.

These three classifications apply the following criteria:

  • Depending on who installs the cookie:
    • Own cookies: They are those that are sent from a computer or domain managed by the editor itself and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
    • Third-party cookies: They are those that are sent either from a computer or domain managed by the publisher or by a third party, but the information collected is managed by a third party other than the owner of the website.
  • Depending on their conservation period, cookies can be:
    • Session cookies: They are those that last the time the user is browsing the website and are deleted when the navigation ends.
    • Persistent cookies: They are stored on the user’s computer for a longer time than the duration of browsing the website. This facilitates the control of the chosen preferences without having to repeat certain parameters each time the website is visited.
  • Depending on their purpose, cookies can be:
    • Technical cookies: They are essential and strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the website and the use of the various options and necessary services it offers.
    • Personalization cookies: They allow the user to choose or customize web page features such as language, locale...
    • Analytical cookies: They are those used by web pages to develop navigation profiles and be able to know the preferences of users to improve the offer of products and services. They allow you to control geographical areas of greatest interest to a user, the most accepted web information, etc.
    • Advertising cookies: They are those that store information on the behavior of users obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, which allows the development of a specific profile to display advertising based on it.

3. Only cookies exist?

There may be websites that use other forms of storage similar to cookies, but with more capacity, such as other forms of local data storage on the customer’s computer, for example:

  • LocalStorage and sessionStorage of HTML5: Space that the web can use on the user's computer. Normally clearing the Navigation history can be deleted.
  • The "Local Shared Objects" of Flash (the "isolated storage" of Silverlight): They are stored within the Microsoft folder where the user profile is located. You need to enter the folder and delete it. (Example: vimeo videos). Flash is used to incorporate multimedia elements into a website, and for this it stores files on the user's computer.
  • The beacon website is used to track your activity, inserting a mini-image from which you do not even realize. When you browse the website, you are loaded along with the page, and the server where the photo is downloaded, register the time of access, or the times you have accessed.
These files are more intrusive than cookies, since they are more difficult to delete, save more information, and are independent in the browser used. We do not use this type of storage.

4. Cookies used on our website

Our website does not use cookies

5. How can I refuse or revoke my consent to the use of cookies?

You can refuse the installation of cookies that are not strictly necessary by selecting the selector that appears when you access the website for the first time. However, there are other ways to prevent cookies from being installed on the computer by configuring the user’s own browser. We include the main browsers with the link to the operation that must follow to configure it so that no cookies are installed on your computer:

  • Chrome: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/61416?hl=es
  • Chrome for Android: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/61416?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=es

You can also find a variety of third-party tools, available online, that allow you to detect the cookies that will be installed in the browser and manage the installation of them.

Likewise, the user can delete those cookies that have been installed in his browser whenever he considers it appropriate, or he can use the tools of his browser so that, after visiting the website, those cookies that have been executed on the pages visited are deleted.

6. International data transfer

The cookies that are executed from our own domain are installed from our server so the data collected by them are not subject to international data transfers.

Cookies installed by third-party domains may be subject to international data transfers. To obtain more information about the possible data transfers that these cookies may entail, we recommend you go to the Cookies Policy of the third party that installs the cookies and which is reflected in the section ‘cookies that are used on our website’ in the field ‘Installation’.
